What to include

Include the version of Azivault you are using, your macOS version, and a short description of what you expected to happen.

Diagnostics

If needed, Azivault can generate a support bundle from the Help menu. Review it before sending. File contents are never included.

Billing

Azivault subscriptions are managed by the Mac App Store. For billing, refunds, or payment issues, contact Apple Support. To stop renewal, see Apple's guide to canceling App Store subscriptions.
